◘ Do you offer typing services?
Yes, we do. We can type your book for you in either English or Tamil as per your wish. Our team of experts will provide you with flawless service. ◘ I have an already typed file, can I still print and publish the book with you? Ofcourse, you can. It doesn't matter where you have gotten your text typed, we can publish your book for you. ◘ I have brought the file to you, but it looks different and wrong in your computer compared to what it looked like in mine. Why is this? This is a problem that is likely to occur if your file is in Word format or similar formats. Getting your file print ready might affect your composition. Moreover, if you have used a font that we don't have, when we open the file in our computers the font would have reverted to a default one, causing more inconsistencies. We can rectify that immediately if you have the font file with you (It'll be in either .ttf or .otf formats). However, the easiest thing would be if you already have the file in a non-editable format. ◘ What is the best format for the file? For minimal trouble and easy printing, it is best if the file is in PDF format. This way you can retain your design for the book. ◘ I don't know how to change my file into a PDF Please refer to these instructions. ◘ My file had text/images along the edges, but it is not on the print. Why is that? In printing, your files are often printed on a larger sheet than the final product, then cut to size. This is called a 'bleed'. Please talk to us if you wish to learn more and produce print friendly documents. ◘ I don't have a design for the cover, can you help me? We have experienced employees who can help you design an amazing cover for your book. ◘ What type of binding will you do? We do a variety of different bindings and we can help you choose the right kind of binding for your book. ◘ In what sizes do you normally publish books and can I request a custom size? We normally publish in A4 or A5 or B5 sizes. But we can publish in any size between A5 to A4. ◘ How many copies do I need to print to get my book published? Unlike most other print houses, we do not have a minimum order policy. You can print as many or as little copies of your book as you wish. ◘ What is ISBN? ISBN stands for 'International Standard Book Number'. It's basically a 13 digit identification number that book sellers and libraries use to identify books, magazines, newspapers or other publications. Please inform us if you wish you have an ISBN number assigned to your book. We are authorised to use the ISBN numbers allotted to us. ◘ What if I need a book to be printed urgently? Please contact us with your file and we can determine how soon we can print it for you. ◘ What if there is a mistake in the printing? If the mistake is ours we correct it completely free of cost. However, if it is yours, you would have to bear the correction charges. ◘ What if you have already started printing, but I want a change to be made? .... ◘ Do you deliver? Yes. The published books can be packed and sent to your address. ◘ What are the delivery charges? The package will be booked as TO-PAY. ◘ Will you help in the publicity and promotion for my book? Yes. We will host the title and author details in our website and also the books image will be ◘ Do you offer 'no contact service'? As in, can I email in the file, pay online for the printing and publishing and you deliver it/them to us? ..... ◘ Can I find out how much everything (typing/design if needed, printing and publishing, and ISBN enabling) will cost before I acquire your services? We would be glad to provide you with a quote if you give us the file and mention the services needed. ◘ Can I cancel all or part of my order? Yes, but only before printing starts. If we have already started processing your order, then you would have to foot those charges. ◘ Do you have any offers or discounts at any time? For bulk orders we may consider |
